The 2006 NBA Draft was the first one with the 19-year-old minimum-age restriction imposed by the league and the result was an unpredictable draft where no one was absolutely sure a week before who was going to be the first pick. Finally the Raptors took Andrea Bargnani from Italy with the top selection. There were a lot of draft-day trades and picks from other teams, everything is here:
